To strengthen this foundation among innovators, the AIC - Pinnacle Entrepreneurship Forum repressing as intellectual property facilitation center under Ministry of MSME, and in collaboration with Karamveer Bhaurao Patil Research Foundation Satara, recently conducted an Intellectual Property (IP) Awareness Program on August 1, 2025, at the Yashwantrao Chavan Institute of Science, CIII Satara empowering MSMEs, startups, and aspiring entrepreneurs with knowledge that protects and propels them.

Mr. Abhijeet Pawar, Manager at Karamveer Bhaurao Patil Research Foundation, opened the session with a warm inaugural address, highlighting the importance of IPR in today’s startup ecosystem.

Kawita Kanoje, IPR professional, led the first session covering IPR fundamentals, its types, procedures, stages etc, from patents, trademarks, copyright, designs and why they matter the most to the MSME’s. even covered the international systems, which helped to protect IP globally and its challenges.

Followed by, Adv. Poonam Nahar, Senior Consultant, Legal, IPR and Incubation, AIC - Pinnacle Entrepreneurship Forum, shared invaluable insights on an overview of government schemes and programs, providing financial assistance for MSME and start-ups in the field of IPR and the development of reimbursement for IPR grants and their submission process to claim reimbursement under the schemes of the Ministry of MSME.

The day concluded with heartfelt gratitude and an open invitation to all innovators:
